Open the Velcro fastener and load the roll cage

Open the two Velcro fasteners on the sides of the thermal cover and simply fold the front flap up over the roll cage. You can now start loading your products with ease.

Close the Velcro fastener

Fasten the two Velcro straps on the sides of the thermal cover, making sure it seals neatly at the bottom. Your goods are now well protected and ready for loading and transport.

Transport the goods safely

Whenever you need access to the goods, simply open the Velcro fastener to serve or further process your products. The thermal cover can remain on the roll cage at all times, as long as the trolley isn’t being used for another purpose.

Upon request, the thermal cover can be printed with your company logo and is available in a wide range of colors. For larger order volumes, we will gladly manufacture the fabric in your custom color – precisely matched to your corporate design. A practical document pocket can also be added if desired.

Top-tier thermal insulation

To ensure your goods arrive safely and at the right temperature, we use durable Oxford fabric combined with a high-quality insulation layer made of 100% polyester fibers. This construction delivers excellent thermal performance, with a high thermal resistance (R-value) of 0.53 m²K/W and a particularly low thermal transmittance (U-value) of just 1.88 W/m²K.
